Lake Vyrnwy needs little introduction, its famous gothic-style draw-off tower being world famous. Covering a massive 1,100 acres, the lake is available for angling from March 18 to October 7 and is well stocked with brown trout. Available on both season and day-ticket, there is accommodation at the Lake Vyrnwy Hotel which also offers tuition together with a range of tackle and flies.
